"Rekindling the Spirit" is a one-day, psychosocial health retreat taking place from 8:30AM until 5:30PM. The event supported by a grant from the Susan G. Komen for the Cure, North Central Alabama, features yoga, creative arts, healing methods, massage therapists, and breast health education.
